Hanwei Machinery has been successfully selected as a pilot demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in Fujian Province

Recently, the Fujian Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology announced the second batch of pilot demonstration enterprises for intelligent manufacturing in Fujian Province. Quanzhou Hanwei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hanwei Machinery) was successfully selected for the demonstration project of a high-speed baby diaper production line with full servo shaft less transmission.
It is reported that the pilot demonstration and recommendation work for provincial-level intelligent manufacturing enterprises is aimed at implementing the "Nine Measures for Accelerating the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing" by the Peoples Government of Fujian Province, vigorously promoting pilot demonstrations for key industry enterprises, promoting new models and applications of intelligent manufacturing, enhancing the autonomous ability of key intelligent components, equipment, and systems in our province, and improving the intelligent level of manufacturing products, production processes, management services, and other aspects in our province.
Hanwei Machinerys "Demonstration Project of High Speed Baby Urinary Pants Production Line with Full Servo and Non axis Transmission" mainly focuses on a full servo and non axis transmission high-speed baby urinary pant production line. The entire machine adopts a full servo control system, with servo motors reaching over 100 axes. It realizes the integration of PLC and servo systems, achieving high-speed control, improving the operation time of the entire system and reducing equipment failure rate. When designing, we fully consider the future development direction and adopt a modular design concept, which can achieve the free combination of various components of the product, with the characteristics of universality and interchangeability, and can achieve multiple codes for one machine, making it easy to achieve transformation and upgrading. All process flows are driven by servo motors, with servo constant tension control center for unwinding and inflatable shaft loading; The production process automatically changes materials without stopping or slowing down, and defective products are automatically removed; Equipped with an automatic material correction device, the operating system adopts an industrial computer touch screen interface, providing human-machine dialogue pages, graphical control, real-time monitoring of the production process, and real-time prompts and alarms. At the same time, independent research and development technology is used to process urine pants using mechanisms suitable for high-speed operation, such as negative pressure transfer and waste removal, floating roller folding, mouse cage support mesh wheel cotton forming, insert plate folding mechanism, and automatic adjustment of the eccentric wheel phase of the left and right waist patches. Compared with traditional projects, firstly, the production efficiency is improved, from the original production of more than 500 pieces per minute to the current 600-800 pieces of urine pants. Secondly, the product quality and qualification rate are improved, and the production yield is greater than 98%, greatly reducing the product scrap rate.
After project research and development, we will further enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, establish a national brand of disposable toilet paper equipment products in China, and drive the development of Chinas CNC machinery product industry chain towards high added value. We will develop and occupy the market from a high starting point, and participate in global CNC machinery development and competition at a higher level. Through the implementation of this project, we will continuously enhance the competitiveness of our products in the market, establish a good social image, and enhance the companys credibility. At the same time, through project research and development, we aim to upgrade the first generation intelligent CNC products in Quanzhou and play a demonstrative role in the intelligent manufacturing industry cluster.
